The records formed part of the Archives of the Oblates of Missionary Immaculate that were housed at the Provincial Archives of Alberta. In March 2017, Monique Cloutier began the process of repatriating the registers to the various dioceses that now have jurisdiction over the parishes that created them. The registers were obtained from OMI Lacombe Canada on June 28, 2017 by Rev. Adam Lech, Chancellor and Lea M. de la Paz, Archivist/Records Manager.
Scope and content
Accession consists of original and photocopies of baptism, marriage and burial records; confirmation and First Holy Communion registers and liber animarum.
