The file consists of 7 pastoral letters written by Bishop Grandin to the clergy of the Diocese of St. Albert. All the letters are in French with the exception of one letter has been translated and typed into English. This appears to have been completed at the time the letter was original written so that it could be circulated to English speaking clergy as more and more Irish priests were making their way to the Diocese of St. Albert, particularly in the southern part of the Diocese.
