The subseries consists of records related to the establishment of parish pastoral councils at the many parishes within the Archdiocese of Edmonton. In particular the majority of the records are related to the establishment, managment and operation of the "Together In Ministry" program run by the Stewardship Office and consists of correspondences, meeting minutes, workshop and training records, records related to the creation and subsequent editing of a manual, reference files, newspaper clippings, newsletters and other miscellaneous records.
