The series consists of records that document the financial activities of the Archdiocese and includes records that pertain to the financial management of the Archdiocese, the parishes, Newman Theological College (NTC), St. Joseph Seminary (SJS), SJS and NTC Foundation, the Priests Retirement Fund, Edmonton Catholic Cemeteries, the Tribunal (and the Interdiocesan Tribunal), the Camps, the Western Catholic Reporter, and various other funds and accounts managed by the Finance and Operations Office of the Archdiocese.

The series includes some financial records from the Archdiocese Mission Council including budgets and financial statements. The series is not complete and consists of a single file:

The series consists of records which document the actions and activities of the St. Angela Merici Finance Committee and includes agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, as well as financial records such as annual financial statements and documents used to create financial reports.

The sub-sub-series consists of records that document the actions and activities of the Archdiocesan Finance Committee and consists of meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, draft budget figures and other related documents.

The file contains a copy of the final report compiled by the ToPs Implementation Task Group.
