The file consists of correspondence between the Archdiocese of Edmonton and the Anglican Diocese of Edmonton (established in 1913). Correspondence is of a formal matter in the early years and moves towards a more cooperative dialogue in the 1960s. In addition this file consists of the records of the Anglican Roman Catholic International Commission (ARCIC) established in 1966 to create better communication between the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican Church. These files include correspondence, reports and meeting minutes.
