The file consists of records that document the involvement of the Archdiocese in the Assembly of Western Catholic Bishops (AWCB) / Assemblee des Eveques Catholicques de l'Ouest (AECO) which was previous called the Western Catholic Conference Ouest (WCCO) and primarly includes correspondence and meeting minutes. The sub-subseries also includes a few miscellaneous files on subjects of importance to the AWCB/AECO including the Women in the Church, Ad Limina Visits (1993, 1999 and 2006), the development of a Western Regional Marriage Tribunal, and vocations.
