The file consists of records that document the relationship between the Archdiocese and other Catholic School Districts (with the exception of Edmonton) located within the boundaries of the Archdiocese and includes records related to blessings, liturgies, anniversaries, sacramental education initiatives, the Conseil Scholair Centre Nord as well as documents related to schools and districts located outside the boundaries of the Archdiocese.

This file is arranged into separate folders (see attached list) for each School District. In many cases the school district file has been sub-divided by city/town for example Elk Island - Camrose. Cross references have been provided to indicate where information is filed in the case of district boundary changes (for example the Edson Catholic School District was closed and amalgamated into the Living Waters Catholic School District).

General note
At the request of the Vice-Chancellor all correspondence related to complaints to the Bishop about teachers, principals, parents and students of a moral/ controversial nature were removed and transferred to the appropriate "issues" file. See section 1.8.5. This was done in order to better administer access to these records in the future so as to remove any items that would be restricted due to confidentiality. Nov. 26, 2015.
