The Archives holdings are organized in two basic ways:
Some holdings, such as the Archdiocese Archives Photograph collection, are presented according to media type or by theme. Other holdings are organized into archival ‘fonds’ hierarchically according to who created the records; for example, the Chancery fonds, where you can find series containing all the records created by the Chancery Office.
