Fonds includes financial records including general accounting ledger books and Sunday collection ledgers, correspondences, and family histories which identify the members of the families in the parish, their children, birth, baptism, and marriage dates, as well as their current location, and other miscellaneous records which document the life of the parish of Rosenheim and its parishioners.

The fonds is arranged into the following series:

2. Correspondence (ca.1952-ca.1990)
3. Family Histories (ca.1880-ca.1920)

The sub-subseries contains records which pertain to the administration and management of the Catholic Mission of St. Norbert located in Rosenheim, Alberta and includes general correspondence (1910-1954), annual reports (1910-1953), as well as newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and other miscellaneous published materials.
