The file consists of records that document the pastoral planning initiatives undertake by Archbishop Collins in the early 2000s. These records include meeting minutes, correspondence and reports. Of particular interest is the report "Faithful into the future" the final report in the TOPS (Transformation of Parishes) project.

Fonds includes operational records of Assumption Parish, and its missions. The fonds consists of financial records, such as general ledger books, Sunday collection ledgers, correspondence, minutes of council meetings and records related to land and properties.

The fonds is arranged into the following four series:

3. Land and Property Records (ca.1970)
4. Minutes (1924-1925)

The file contains annual reports from parishes and missions used to compile an annual report on the Catholic Population in the Archdiocese of Edmonton. Information contained in this report includes name of parish, total number of parishioners (divided by the number of English language parishioners and number of French language parishioners, number of German parishioners, number of Polish parishioners, and number of Indian parishioners).
