This photograph was taken on the occasion of the presentation of the Papal blessing and was made at the annual Kingsway Royal Canadian Branch 175 Christmas on Dec. 15, 1994. Over 300 guests attended dinner. It appears that the Papal blessing and rosary were given for serving as Chaplain to the Royal Canadian Legion.
