The fonds consists of records which document the activities of Camp Encounters from the time that the Board of Directors was created in 1980 and consists of the administrative and operational records of the camp.

The fonds includes meetings of meetings, correspondences, financial records, annual reports, job descriptions, newsletters, facility reports and other miscellaneous records. The fonds also includes records which document the involvement of Camp Encounters with the Edmonton North West Bingo Association and other funding agencies and programs.

The fonds is arranged into the following series:

3. Event Records and Programing Records (1985-2004)
4. Facilities Records (1983-2002)
5. Edmonton Northwest Bingo Association Records (1989-2006)
6. Miscellaneous Records (ca. 1980)

Fonds includes some records related to the activities and operations of Victory Camp including copies of its constitution and bylaws, minutes of the board of Directors meetings, financial records and some pamphlets and newsletters.

The file contains documents related to the planning and organization of the NTC Golf Challenge organized annually to raise money to support the operations of the college. Some files include unprocessed photographs.
