Fonds consists of Council minutes, 1900-1913 (predominantly 1900-1904) and accounts of seminarians, 1918.

The fonds includes bulletins in French and English which document the activities of the parishioners of St. Albert Francophone Parish. Bulletins also include summaries from the Parish Council, the Finance Council, updates from the local Catholic schools, information about charities and archdiocesan activities. The fonds is arranged into a single series titled bulletins which is arranged into the following files:

The fonds consists of administrative, business, financial, and historical records of St. Joseph Seminary which document the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the seminary. The Fonds includes minutes of meetings of various councils and committees, correspondences, reports, memos, policies and procedures, reports and surveys, budgets, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, photographs, publications, and other miscellaneous records related to admission, evaluation, and ordination of seminarians, the education of seminarians, the financial administration of the seminary, the seminary buildings and facilities, hiring of staff and faculty, student life.

The fonds also consists of records which document the relationship between St. Joseph Seminary and Newman Theological College, the Archdiocese of Edmonton, other Canadian Seminaries, and other Canadian Dioceses.
