Fonds consists of operational records for the Big Valley Parish and includes correspondence, minutes of meetings, cemetery licences, membership lists of parishioners, directories, parish bulletins, and other miscellaneous records which document the parish activities. Fonds is arranged into a single series which consists of the following files:
1-1 : Correspondence (1985-2003)
1-2 : Parish Council Meeting Minutes (1966-1982)
1-3 : Cemetery license (1965-1971)
1-4 : Miscellaneous records (ca.1960-1970)
1-5 : Parish bulletins (1991-1992)
1-6 : Parish photo directories (1988, 1993)
