The file consists of records that are related to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission events held in Alberta including the regional events in Hobbema and the National Event held in Edmonton.
The file contains records which pertain to the administration and management of the Catholic Parish of St. Ann of the Prairies located in Trochu, Alberta and includes general correspondence (1908-1999), annual reports (1909-1964), annual statistical reports (1965-2007), annual pastoral reports (1980-2012), annual financial reports (1989-2004), as well as newspaper clippings, pamphlets and other miscellaneous records.
The file contains copies of policies and procedures developed by the Alberta Regional Tribunal and includes the following documents: General Tribunal Policy, Notes for Auditors, Instructions for Auditors, Questionnarie for Petitioner or Respondence (when marriage is Convalidated), Additional questions to be asked of the witness when the marriage is convalidated, Witness questionnaire for a civil marriage that was convalidated in the Catholic church, Petition for a Church declaration of Nullity, and other informative materials about the functions, actions, and activities of the Alberta Regional Tribunal.
The subseries consists of Case Registration Log books, Decision Log Books, Rogatory Log books, and other indexes created by staff of the Alberta Regional Tribunal to provide easier access to marriage cases processed by the Tribunal.
The subseries consists of the administrative records of the Alberta Regional Tribunal and includes financial and statistical records (including but not limited to budgets, statistical reports about the operations of the Tribunal, and statistics complied for Rome and the CCCB), general correspondence, policies and procedures, records related to the involvement of Alberta Regional Tribunal staff with the Canon Law Society, records related to the roles and responsibilies of the Defender of the Bond, and records which document workshops and presentations given by tribunal staff to parishes and parishioners. The subseries is arranged into the following six sub-subseries:

The series consists of four treatise composed by Archbishop MacNeil, "The Natural Law" (1936), "Traveloge" (1944) composed as part of his graduation requirements for his Bachelor of Arts, Summary of Canon Law Thesis (1958) composed as part of his requirements for his Doctorate of Canon Law, and two copies of "The Pastors Obligations to Give Premarital Instructions" the complete thesis composed in partial requirements for the degree of Canon Law.
