The file consist of correspondence between Chancellor and various individuals including the Archbishop, other members of the clergy, and various lay people. This file consists of general correspondence, letters of recommendation, invitations and complaints received by the chancellors during their service for the Archdiocese of Edmonton.

In addition this file consists of records created by the various vice-chancellors who served the archdiocese. These files are primarily made up of correspondence.

The file also includes information on the integration of Newman Theological College and St. Joseph Seminary a committee that appears to have been formed out of the Catholic Campus Operation Committee.

The file contains information about the Chapel windows located at the NTC/SJS chapel (on St. Albert trail). New building renovations made the windows unusable, however because of the pending move the project was put onhold. Eventually the windows were installed in the Chapel at SJS in Edmonton (2011).
