The series contains records documenting the planning and organization of the annual assembly held in the spring at which all members of the Council of Women Religious would gather to discuss issues and topics relevant to their roles and responsibilities in the Archdiocese. The assembly would include a variety of activities including the delivery of the annual report. It is important to note that between 1988 and 2007 no specific records related to the planning of the assembly were maintained. Annual reports and agendas for the assembly can be found in the corresponding files located in the general administrative records series.

The file includes records related to various Assessments, Treatments, and Education Centers such as Southdown and consists primarily of correspondence.

The sub-subseries consists of records that document the involvement of the Catholic Archdiocese in the APEX Committee for Asset protection and includes meeting minutes, correspondence, and contracts related to asset protection and insurance for the Archdiocese.

The series includes correspondence and other records documenting the relationship between the Secretariat and various associated entities during the Papal Visit, such as the Catholic Women’s League, Knights of Columbus, Catholic Schools, and the Edmonton Sun. The series also includes correspondence regarding licensing, marketing, souvenir booklet, video productions, gifts for the Pope and crosses to be blessed.

The series contains documentation of and correspondence pertinent to the process through which Newman attained accreditation from the Association of Theological Schools (ATS) as well as documentation of subsequent reaccreditation processes. The ATS Accreditation Steering Committee was incorporated to guide the College through the accreditation process and culled information that would subsequently be put to use in the formal reports Newman Theological College would file with the ATS.

Fonds includes operational records of Assumption Parish, and its missions. The fonds consists of financial records, such as general ledger books, Sunday collection ledgers, correspondence, minutes of council meetings and records related to land and properties.

The sub-subseries contains records which pertain to the administration and management of Assumption Parish in Edmonton, Alberta and includes general correspondence (1934-2004), the official canonical errection document, published materials including information brochure and pamphlets created by the parish staff for educational and celebratory purposes, newspaper clippings, annual finanial reports (1989-2004), annual statisitcal reports (1965-2006), annual pastoral reports (ca.1980), annual reports (1924-1965) and other miscellaneous documents.

The series consists of audio-visual records created for or by Msgr. Reynolds and includes photographs, photo albums, and an oral history interview on VHS which document Msgr. Reynolds life.

The series consists of several cassette tapes and slides accumulated by the Sisters council which document the actions and activities of the sisters council.

The series contains photographs, photo albums, and VHS tapes which document the life of Rev. Crough.

The file contains materials created for the auditors workshop as given by Delia Waldock.

The series consists of diplomas, certificates, medals, and other documents given to Archbishop MacNeil as tribute to his contribution to Roman Catholic Community of Canada and includes his high school diploma from the Sydney Academie (1941), an honorary membership with the Ancient and Loyal Order of Gentlemen and Cod Jiggers (1970), an honorary degree from St. Francis Xavier University (1987), an honorary degree of Laws from the University of Albert (1982), an honorary degree from the Pontifical Institute of Medieval Studies in Rome (1999), an honorary degree from St. Stephen's College (2000), a commemorative medal for the 125th anniversary of the confederation of Canada (1992), and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal (2013).

In 2014 Archbishop MacNeil celebrated his 90th birthday. This series also includes a variety of "official" letters congratulating him on this achievement and includes letters from the Mayor of Edmonton, the Senate of Canada, the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, the Prime Minister of Canada and many others.

The series also includes various documents from Rome including the document naming Archbishop MacNeil as a Domestic Prelate (Monsignor) (1964), the document naming him Bishop of the Diocese of St. John (1969), and the document naming him Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Edmonton (1973).

Also included in this series are the five graduation stoles given to Archbishop MacNeil and includes a stole from St. Thomas University, the Pontifical Institute of Medieval Studies, St. Stephen College, University of Alberta and St. Francis Xavier University.

The series contains two files consisting of official thank you letters, cards and correspondence related to the planning and celebration of Archbishop MacNeil's 90th birthday. Two books and a "Life of Grace" binder did not fit in the box and are stored on the shelf with the rest of the Fonds.

The file consists of documents pertaining several awards and recognitions received by Archbishop Jordan and includes correspondence, programs and other miscellaneous records.
