The Fonds consists of records that document the actions and activities of the Department of Pastoral and Parish Services (DPPS) (including records dating from the predecessors of the Department of Evangelization and Catechesis and the Department of Pastoral Services). The fonds includes information about the various sub-departments that have been active under the DPPS umbrella. Please note that there have been many name and function changes to the DPPS since its creation in 2004. In addition there have been many name and function changes to the departments under the DPPS umbrella.

The fonds also several examples of Father Mike's writing including highschool English essays, liturgy/event/spiritual direction appointments (2000-2004) and seven small bound notebooks are filed containing his homily notes. The fonds also includes one file of miscellaneous literature: homily helper, marriage resource and Karate pamphlet. In addition the fonds includes 29 mini DV video cassettes.
