Photograph album contains colour photographs taken at the 1st Annual Fun Golf Day, hosted by the Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton for all of its employees. Album includes photographs of the staff, faculty, seminarians, and spouses and family members, on the golf course and during the post-game dinner. Some of the photos are identied, however most are not.

The file consists of records that document the involvement of the Archdiocese in Alberta Conference of Catholic Bishops (ACCB) and includes meeting minutes and correspondence as well as information related to a variety of sub-committees established by the ACCB including the ACCB Catholic Committee on Education, ACCB Catholic School Trustees Association, ACCB Directors of Religious Education, ACCB Religious Education Consortium, ACCBC Trust Fun for Education, ACCBC Management of Francophone Education, ACCB Education Week, ACCB Medico-Moral and Bio-Ethics Commission, ACCB Vocations Commission, ACCB Inter-Rite Commission, ACCBE Inter-Ecclesial Committee, ACCB Catholic Health and Welfare Commission and the ACCB Native Ministry. Finally the file also includes ACCB Pastoral Letters and summaries of pastoral activities of the ACCB.

Photograph album contains colour photographs taken by John Wetherhill which document the churches of the Archdiocese of Edmonton, in regular use, during the 125th Anniversary year of the Archdiocese. Several pages also contain photographs of abandoned churches or those infrequently used. All of the photographs are identified, with dates depicting the years of construction or acquisition. The disused buildings are dated based on their period of regular use.

An additional oversized copy of this photograph album was made which includes the photographs of the church buildings along with brief biographical notes on each parish. Photographs of the Archbishops of Edmonton up to Archbishop MacNeil are included, and a list of Women Religious that have been in the Archdiocese of Edmonton. This copy was likely used for a display. The copy is located in Box L2-5-5.

The album contains colour photographs from the first Western Canadian Vocation Director's Conference at Concordia College Campus, Edmonton, Alberta, between July 28-August 01, 1985. The album includes photos of the liturgy and the participants during the workshops. None of the photos are identified.

The series consists of records which document the actions and activities of the Ladies of St. Angela club, a group that meet weekly to organize a variety of different activites aimed at creating community among the women of St. Angela Merici Parish. The series includes agendas, meeting minutes, financial records, documents regarding donations made by the ladies to a variety of Catholic organizations, correspondence, thank you cards, photographs and other miscellaneous records.

This is a photograph of people sitting outside at Ephphatha house for the Marian and Eucharistic conference.

The album contains colour photographs taken at the Ecumenical Worship Service on January 18, 2004 in Spruce Grove, Alberta, and at the exibition of Anglicanism and the Western Christian Tradition, Continuity and Change at the All Saints Anglican Cathedral in Edmonton. The album includes photographs from both events with Archbishop Thomas Collins present. Several pages also include articles regarding the event, an exibition booklet, and various articles depicting the history of the Order of St. Lazarus. None of the photos are identified.

File contains a copy of "The Territorial Parishes in the Archdiocese of Edmonton" a book published in 1967 for use by the Archdiocese Administration which canonically erected and encorporated all the territorial parishes in the Archdiocese of Edmonton Statues of Alberta No. 108.
