This is a group photograph of ten Basilian fathers at St. Joseph's College. Included in the photograph are: Reverend Clifford Crawley (superior), Reverend N. Canning, Reverend Mitchell Dowalgo, Reverend J. Frank Firth, Reverend Brian D. Inglis, Reverend John B. Janisse, Reverend D. Gordon MacDonald, Reverend Russell Pendergast, Reverend P. Wallace Platt, and Mr. Paul Walsh.

The fonds consists of operational, administrative and business records which document activities of The Secretariat and its associations with other committees and entities associated with the planning and implementation of the Papal Visit.

The fonds includes meeting minutes, reports, budgets, correspondence, guidelines, policies, financial records, pamphlets, information files, reference materials, photographs, albums and ephemera materials. Furthermore, the fonds also includes Preliminary Policy Meeting Minutes which can be found in series four.

Photograph album contains colour photographs taken by John Wetherhill which document the churches of the Archdiocese of Edmonton, in regular use, during the 125th Anniversary year of the Archdiocese. Several pages also contain photographs of abandoned churches or those infrequently used. All of the photographs are identified, with dates depicting the years of construction or acquisition. The disused buildings are dated based on their period of regular use.

An additional oversized copy of this photograph album was made which includes the photographs of the church buildings along with brief biographical notes on each parish. Photographs of the Archbishops of Edmonton up to Archbishop MacNeil are included, and a list of Women Religious that have been in the Archdiocese of Edmonton. This copy was likely used for a display. The copy is located in Box L2-5-5.

The series includes agendas, meeting minutes, financial records, documents regarding donations made by the ladies to a variety of Catholic organizations, correspondence, thank you cards, photographs and other miscellaneous records.

The album contains colour photographs taken at the Ecumenical Worship Service on January 18, 2004 in Spruce Grove, Alberta, and at the exibition of Anglicanism and the Western Christian Tradition, Continuity and Change at the All Saints Anglican Cathedral in Edmonton. The album includes photographs from both events with Archbishop Thomas Collins present. Several pages also include articles regarding the event, an exibition booklet, and various articles depicting the history of the Order of St. Lazarus. None of the photos are identified.

File contains a copy of "The Territorial Parishes in the Archdiocese of Edmonton" a book published in 1967 for use by the Archdiocese Administration which canonically erected and encorporated all the territorial parishes in the Archdiocese of Edmonton Statues of Alberta No. 108.

There are three kinds of parishes, territorial, mission, and national.
