The file consists of programs, pamphlets and bulletins created to celebrate various milestones in the life of Archbishop MacNeil including his 40th Anniversary as a Priest (1988), 50th Anniversary as a Priest (1998), 25th Anniversary as Archbishop of Edmonton (1998), a celebration event hosted by Newman Theological College Foundation (1999), a tribute to Archbishop MacNeil (1999), and his 60th Anniversary of Priesthood (2008).
The sub-sub-series includes records which document various projects and campaigns initiated by the Foundation to raise money and awareness of the actions and activities of the Foundation. The sub-sub-series includes records related to the planning and implementation of the following events: annual appeals, tours, the personal solicitation campaign, the Father Mike McCaffery Roast, the Priests appeal, the Archbishop MacNeil Society, the Icon Project, the NTC F-Wing Renovation, Newman Golf Challenge, the Cornerstone of Faith Project, and other initiatives.
The sub-subseries consists of records that document the actions and activities of the Project Review Board, the body that receives, reviews, advises, and approves parish renovations and building projects valued at over $5000.00. The sub-subseries includes correspondence, meeting minutes, financial reports, budgets, contracts and other records.
The sub-series consists of records generated by the Project Review Board whose primary responsibility was to oversee the planning process related to building a new church, rectory or parish hall, or undertaking major renovations to any of the aformentioned buildings. The sub-series includes the following records guidelines, reference materilas, general correspondence, and project evaluations.
The sub-series consists of files that document the sale of various properties previously owned by the Archdiocese including plots of land, parking lots, rectories, church buildings, halls and other structures. The files include correspondence, contacts, land title information and other relevant documents.

The file contains correspondence between Archbishop MacNeil and various public juridical persons including Gerald Archibald, Rev. Morrisey omi, Sister Pay Wylie sgm, and others on a variety of legal topics as well as decrees and statues for a variety of catholic entities including the General hospital of Edmonton (Grey Nuns), the Misericordia Hospital, the Alberta Catholic Hospital Foundation and the Alberta Catholic Health Corporation.
