The series consists of records which document planning and implementation of the annual Edmonton Association of Spiritual Director’s workshop and consists of correspondence, program information, biographies of speakers, handouts and resource materials as well as meeting minutes and agendas. A member from the Seminary formation team was always present at these meetings and events.

The series consists of records that document the actions and activities of the Ecumenical and Interfaith Office from its establishment in 2003 through to 2011 and includes general correspondence between the director of the office and other persons (both employees of the Archdiocese and affiliations in other related organizations), general admin records and program/project files. The general admin records files are a mix of a variety of record groups including events, invitations, meeting minutes, and other operational records.
Project files include, Phoenix Society (2006-2009), Walking Together, Jewish/Christian/Muslim Dialogue, Anglican/Catholic Exhibit, Week For Christian Prayer (2006-2007) and the Diversity Committee Meeting - Caritas Health Group.

The file contains 13 bound journals of various sizes composed by Rev. Emile Legal and cover a variety of topics from his day to day activities, thoughts on theological matters, travels, and studies. Of particular interest are the two catechism lessons in English and Blackfoot.
Item is an example of the relic dust and small pieces of bone of St. Specioii. Relic dust is created when old bones begin to decay. They are housed in plastic containers until such a time as they are made into true relics.
