The Fonds consists of records that document the actions and activities of the Family Enrichment Centre from its establishment in 1987 to its closure in 2003.

This is a photograph of a family bringing up gifts at the Marian and Eucharistic Conference at the Ephphatha house.

The sub-series consists of records which document the organization, planning and implementation of the Fall Speaker Series as carried out by the Fall Speaker Series Committee and includes agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, as well as ephemeral materials such as posters, newspaper clippings, tickets and brochures from the event. The sub-series also includes files containing information about each speaker and includes Curriculum Vitae of the various speakers, transcripts of the speeches themselves, newspaper articles about the speakers, photographs and other miscellaneous published articles.

The sub-subseries includes records related to the publication and communication of the report entitled "Faithfully into the Future" and includes a copy of the report, as well as correspondence which document the reaction to the report from various parishes across the Archdiocese. The sub-subseries also includes records relating to workshops which were created to better explain the report to parishes in the Archdiocese.

The file contains correspondence, resource materials, a manual and other miscellaneous records which document the workshops created and by the ToPs Task Group to explain the Faithful into the Future report.

The file contains a copy of the Faithful into the Future report published by the Archdiocese of Edmonton which explains the reasons and recommendations for the transformation of parishes in the Archdiocese of Edmonton.

The file contains correspondence, minutes, newspaper clippings, and other records related to the planning and implementation of the Faith, Fitness, and Fun Run fundraising event organized by the Foundation.

The folder consists of meeting minutes and reports complied by the Faith Formation Team, a committee established to report on pastoral activities of the various pastoral offices of the Archdiocese.

The file consists of faculty sheets created by the Archdiocese and given to members of the clergy clearly outlining their roles and responsibilities as pastors in parishes. Each Bishop issues a set of new faculties for clergy, and they vary slightly. Standard forms can be found in the file titled "Faculty Sheets Templates."

This series documents that activities of the Neman Theological College Faculty Executive Department and contains meeting minutes, correspondence and course documents.

This series documents the annual symposium held a Newman Theological College called Faculty Days. During Faculty Days, members of the Faculty Council, as well as faculty who were not considered members of the Faculty Council, would meet and discuss affairs pertinent to the faculty at that time and make plans for the future year. This series includes the minutes of the meetings that took place during Faculty Days as well as correspondence and documentation pertaining to the planning and after effects of Faculty Days.

This series documents the activities of the Newman Theological College Faculty Council, and consists most notably of the minutes of Faculty Council meetings. The Faculty Council is composed of the President and select faculty members who, collectively, are expected to govern over the faculty of Newman Theological College. Furthermore, this series also contains correspondence between members of the Faculty Council, Newman Theological College and other organizations as well as other documents such as master timetables, articles that were the subject of discussion at meetings and financial records.

The series consists of records related to the management of facilities at Camp Encounter and includes records related to renovation projects such as correspondence, financial records, job descriptions for facilities related positions, and applications for Community Enhancement Grants. Series consists of drawings, plans, correspondence, minutes of meetings, and facility reports related to the renovation of St. Joseph’s Seminary and associated buildings.
