This is a an ivroy satin tabernacle veil which includes a handpainted grape motif.
This is a banner which includes the coat of arms for the Sisters of the Precious Blood.
One medal, possibly brozen, with the following inscription on side A "Mater Misericorida Pontificum Collegium Urbanum Propagada Fide" and an image of an angle on side B.
This is an example of a pectoral cross which may have been worn by one of the Sisters of the Precious Blood. The cross appears to be silver, however the chain does not.
This seal was used to authentic documents created by the sisters and is an example of an item that was used in the day to day activities of the Sisters of the Precious Blood.
This wooden box contains four small theca each containing several relics of saints. The lid of the box includes an image of Jesus with a herd of sheep in a medow. The relics appear to be bone and can therefor be considered first class.
This gold lectonary stand would have been used in the chaple of the Sisters of the Precious Blood during mass. It is gold plated and has some ornamental details.
This large wooden reliquary containes 30 theca each containing at least one relic of one saint. The reliquary is very simple, a arch with very little ornamentation. Perhaps at some point in the future the relics will be taken out and placed in a more ornate reliquary.
The fonds consists of records which document the life of Rev. Edward Purcell from his ordination in 1948 to his death in 2008 and includes photographs, albums, newspaper clippings, textual records, and cassette tapes.

The series consists of photographs and albums which document the life of Rev. Purcell and includes photographs, newspaper clippings, letters, reports, prayer cards and other miscellaneous documents. Albums include a variety of photographs (including exterior and interior) of the churches where Rev. Purcell served. The albums also include photographs from significant trips, Russia 1978, Rome (multiple occasions), Panama (ca. 1980).
The series consists of miscellaneous textual records created and collected by Rev. Purcell including a small collection of prayer cards celebrating the ordination or significant anniversary of priests (many of whom served in the Archdiocese of Edmonton), a copy of his last will and testament (1999), cards, letters, miscellaneous biographical materials written for his 25th and 40th anniversary of priesthood celebrations, and three cassette tapes.
The series consists primarily of correspondence between The Secretariat and all levels of government. These records document the responsibilities of the Federal, Provincial and Municipal task forces responsible for the Papal Visit. The series also includes records of the security protocols and accreditation of special guests and volunteers.
