This series documents the activities of the Newman Theological College Faculty Council, and consists most notably of the minutes of Faculty Council meetings. The Faculty Council is composed of the President and select faculty members who, collectively, are expected to govern over the faculty of Newman Theological College. Furthermore, this series also contains correspondence between members of the Faculty Council, Newman Theological College and other organizations as well as other documents such as master timetables, articles that were the subject of discussion at meetings and financial records.
This series documents the annual symposium held a Newman Theological College called Faculty Days. During Faculty Days, members of the Faculty Council, as well as faculty who were not considered members of the Faculty Council, would meet and discuss affairs pertinent to the faculty at that time and make plans for the future year. This series includes the minutes of the meetings that took place during Faculty Days as well as correspondence and documentation pertaining to the planning and after effects of Faculty Days.
This series documents that activities of the Neman Theological College Faculty Executive Department and contains meeting minutes, correspondence and course documents.
The file consists of faculty sheets created by the Archdiocese and given to members of the clergy clearly outlining their roles and responsibilities as pastors in parishes. Each Bishop issues a set of new faculties for clergy, and they vary slightly. Standard forms can be found in the file titled "Faculty Sheets Templates."
The folder consists of meeting minutes and reports complied by the Faith Formation Team, a committee established to report on pastoral activities of the various pastoral offices of the Archdiocese.
