Item is an example of a plaque with a relic in it. The relic is a piece of Mt.Calvary which includes their office seal. The plake has 2 inscriptions the "Chi Rho" and "Jerusalem". Its a little hard to place which class the relic would be because it can be both a 2nd and 3rd class relic, the theca looks the kind that would hold a 2nd or 1st but the relic itself is more 3rd by it's nature, its class is up to the discretion of its use.
This is a photograph of a plaque at Fort Edmonton Park for the original building of St. Anthony's church which was moved there in 1968. The plaque reads: "St Anthony's Chapel And Church. This is the original St. Anthony's Roman Catholic mission which stood on 105 Street and 84 Avenue. Dedicated in 1894 the Chapel served St. Joachim's Parish and the new town of South Edmonton. Oblate priests, including Father Albert Lacombe, OMI regularly celebrated Mass in the Chapel. The Chapel was replaced by a brick church in 1901, and school was taught in the building until 1906. The Chapel was purchased by the Ukrainian Catholic Parish of St. Basil's in 1946. It was moved to Fort Edmonton Park in 1968 and re-dedicated."

Of particular interest are the photographs that document the host making process. The Sisters of the Precious Blood were responsible for making the hosts that were used for communion in the Archdiocese.
Two photograph albums are stored in the archives vault, photo album 1 is stored in Box L2-4-1 and photo album 2 is stored in Box L2-4-3. Oversize photographs are stored in Map cabinet 1, and the rest of the materials are stored on the first shelf in the archives processing room.
