The file contains records that document the relationship between the Council of Catholic School Superintendents and the Archdiocese and consists of correspondence and meeting minutes (where the Bishop attended). In addition there is information about the established of the Holy Childhood Association in the Archdiocese. Please note that in the early years of this council it was an Alberta wide organization however by the late 1990s it appears that the council became focused on those schools and superintendents within the boundaries of the Archdiocesan of Edmonton. It is possible that this committee grew out of the Edmonton Archdiocesan Catholic Schools Committee (see 1.8.4.1) however the records are unclear on this matter.
