This picture was taken in 1914, the year my brother Lawrence was born. Father Van Tighen, OMI (Belgian), was pastor at Taber, Alberta, Canada. Our Home was directly across from the church. He was dying--turned the church lights on--signaling us. Mom and Dad went over--Dad had to go to work. So Mama took me over. He was on a cot, dying--Mama was holding him to help him breath--I was trying to help. He died in Mama's arm. He loved us!! Often he ate at our table. We loved him--He was precious. Harry Hosey.
