The fonds consists of the administrative records of the Vocation Team and includes meeting minutes, correspondence, as well as records which document the relationship between the Vocation Team and the Serra Club.

The fonds is arranged into the following two series:

1. General Administrative Records (1980-2006)
2. Serra Club Records (2000-2002)
