Fonds consists of meeting minutes, correspondence, records from various events and records from the production of Fishers of Men.

Please note that there is significant cross-over with the Vocation Team Records.

The fonds consist of records which document the activities of the Western Conference on Liturgy from its first creation in 1969 through 2008. Records include minutes of meetings, correspondence, information files, forms, pamphlets, and brochures.

The fonds consists of the following three series:

1. Meeting Minutes and Correspondence (1969-2008)
2. Guidelines and Constitutions (1980-1994)
3. Resource Materials (1982-1998)

The fonds consists of records documenting the actions and activities of the Western Diocesan and Eparchial Coordinators for Ecumenism from their establishment in 1992. Files consist mainly of administrative records and include meeting minutes, correspondence and some reference materials.

Between 1999 and 2004 it appears that the WDECE was not meeting regularly, or at the very least no records exist from this period of time.
