The collection includes a final publication, draft and correspondence regarding changes to "From Snowshoes to Email", a publication about the history of The Catholic Archdiocese of Edmonton created by Frank Dolphin. The publication spans the early history of the Diocese of St. Albert, the transition to the Archdiocese of Edmonton and contemporary history through 1996.
The collection includes a variety of liturgical music including mass settings, liturgical songs and other church music in English, Latin, and French for full choir, four voices and with piano and/or organ accompaniment.
Sans titreFonds includes photographs, photograph albums, slides and negatives which provide important documentation about the life, actions and activities of the Bishops, Priests, Seminarians, Men and Women Religious, and Laity who have served in the Archdiocese. It also contains CDs which contain digital images in various formats including JPEGs and TIFF files.
Photographs number ARCAE-P-1 to ARCAE-P-533 were taken by either the United Press International or the Religious News Services for use in the publication of the Western Catholic Reporter. These photographs are primarly of Pope Paul VI. Item level descriptions of these photographs has not yet been completed.
Sans titreThe collection includes a variety of religious objects gathered by various archivists with the intention of creating an Archdiocesean museum. Of particular significance are the following items: a large gold reliquary, the Vatican II ring worn by Archbishop Jordan at the Vatican II council in Rome, the relics of the true cross, the neo-gothic and highly ornamented gold chasubles and the apostolic delegates chalice. The collection also includes artifacts from the papal visit tour in 1987 and world youth day events celebrated throughout the Archdiocese.

The collection includes a variety of pamphlets, magazines, and self published items related to the history of the Catholic Church in Alberta. Publications come from a variety of sources including St. Joseph Seminary, Newman Theological College, active and inactive parishes in the Archdiocese of Edmonton, the Pastoral and Administration Offices, commissions of the Archdiocese and other Catholic organizations and institutions.

These items represent a snap shot of the Catholic memorabilia collected by one family in the Archdiocese of Edmonton.
