The fonds consists of records which document the activities of the liturgy commission and consists of both administrative and historical records including records of Executive Committee, the Art and Architecture Committee, the Parish Baptism Preparation Team, the Inclusive Language Sub-Committee, the Lay Presiding Committee, the Music Committee, and records of the Perpetual Adoration Committee. The fonds also consists of records related to various chapel renewal and renovation projects, the Summer School for Liturgical Studies operated by the Liturgy Commission and Newman Theological College, records related to programing for baptisms, communion, confirmation, reconciliation, funerals, and weddings.

The fonds consists of records which document the life of Archbishop Anthony Jordan predominantly during the period when he served as Archbishop of Edmonton and includes a variety of personal documents, copies of circular letters composed by Jordan to the priests of the Archdiocese, homilies composed and given by Jordan at a variety of Archdiocesan and private events, correspondence regarding a variety of administrative and personal matters, as well as newspaper clippings and other miscellaneous documents.

Of particular interest are the following: correspondence between Archbishop Jordan and Rev. McNeil (chancellor) dating from the period when Archbishop Jordan attended the Second Vatican Council in Rome, and the speech delivered at Newman Theological College on the 10th anniversary of the institution.

The Fonds consists of records that document the actions and activities of St. Anne Parish from ca. 1967 to its closure in 2014. (Please note that there was fire that completely destroyed the church and nearly all the pre 1967 records were destroyed).

The Fonds consists primarily of parish bulletins, parish pastoral council records (including meeting minutes and correspondence), photograph, anniversary planning documents, and other miscellaneous records. In addition the Fonds includes a variety of miscellaneous items such as an anniversary wine glass and clock issued for the 40th Anniversary celebration of the parish.

The fond consists of records that document the priestly life of Father Mike Mireau and contains correspondence between Father Mike and the Rector of St. Joseph Seminary and letters requesting his sacred orders upon (1996-2006). The fonds also several examples of Father Mike's writing including highschool English essays, liturgy/event/spiritual direction appointments (2000-2004) and seven small bound notebooks are filed containing his homily notes. The fonds also includes one file of miscellaneous literature: homily helper, marriage resource and Karate pamphlet. In addition the fonds includes 29 mini DV video cassettes.
