The Fonds consists of records which document the activities of St. Pius X parish from its establishment in 1954 until its final mass celebrated on July 1, 2012 and includes meeting minutes from a variety of councils and organizations including but not limited to the Parish Pastoral Council, the Financial Committee, the Liturgy Commission, the Social Justice Committee, the Youth Group, and the Westmount Christian Council. The fonds consists of records which document the life of Archbishop Anthony Jordan predominantly during the period when he served as Archbishop of Edmonton and includes a variety of personal documents, copies of circular letters composed by Jordan to the priests of the Archdiocese, homilies composed and given by Jordan at a variety of Archdiocesan and private events, correspondence regarding a variety of administrative and personal matters, as well as newspaper clippings and other miscellaneous documents.

Of particular interest are the following: correspondence between Archbishop Jordan and Rev. McNeil (chancellor) dating from the period when Archbishop Jordan attended the Second Vatican Council in Rome, and the speech delivered at Newman Theological College on the 10th anniversary of the institution.

The fonds consists of records which document the actions and activities of the Council of Women Religious (later called the Council of Consecrated Women) and includes meeting minutes and agendas, general correspondence including thank you cards, records related to the planning of the councils annual assembly, newsletters, newspaper clippings, directories of members, copies of the constitution, and various project files including two surveys conducted by the council to gather up-to-date information about the various communities of Women Religious active in the Archdiocese of Edmonton.

The Fonds consists of records that document the actions and activities of St. Anne Parish from ca. 1967 to its closure in 2014. (Please note that there was fire that completely destroyed the church and nearly all the pre 1967 records were destroyed).

The Fonds consists primarily of parish bulletins, parish pastoral council records (including meeting minutes and correspondence), photograph, anniversary planning documents, and other miscellaneous records. In addition the Fonds includes a variety of miscellaneous items such as an anniversary wine glass and clock issued for the 40th Anniversary celebration of the parish.

The Fonds consists of records that document the actions and activities of the Department of Pastoral and Parish Services (DPPS) (including records dating from the predecessors of the Department of Evangelization and Catechesis and the Department of Pastoral Services). The fonds includes information about the various sub-departments that have been active under the DPPS umbrella. Please note that there have been many name and function changes to the DPPS since its creation in 2004. In addition there have been many name and function changes to the departments under the DPPS umbrella.

The fond consists of records that document the priestly life of Father Mike Mireau and contains correspondence between Father Mike and the Rector of St. Joseph Seminary and letters requesting his sacred orders upon (1996-2006). The fonds also several examples of Father Mike's writing including highschool English essays, liturgy/event/spiritual direction appointments (2000-2004) and seven small bound notebooks are filed containing his homily notes. The fonds also includes one file of miscellaneous literature: homily helper, marriage resource and Karate pamphlet. In addition the fonds includes 29 mini DV video cassettes.
