Fonds includes records which document the spiritual and social activities of the Catholic communities of St. Joseph’s parish and OLPH’s parish. The series includes church bulletins, newsletters, minutes of the meetings of various committee's and councils, financial records, including financial ledgers, information about the physical buildings, including appraisal reports of property, and copies of architectural drawings, as well as photographs documenting some of the social events hosted by the parishioners of OLPH.

Series consists of bulletins which provide information about the social and spiritual activities, events, and organizations operated by the Catholic communities of St. Joseph’s parish and OLPH’s parish. Bulletin’s contain information about the Evergreen Catholic Separate Regional Division #2 School Board, mass schedules, parish budgets, members and activities of various parish councils including the pastoral council, and financial council, and the activities and meetings of other social church organizations.

Series includes newsletters published for the Catholic communities of St. Joseph’s parish and OLPH’s parish and provides information on events, activities, and organizations operated and organized by the parish, including, but not limited to Sunday School, St. Joseph’s Catholic Women’s League, the Knights of Columbus St. Josephs Council 8468, the finance committee, the parish pastoral committee, liturgical ministries, St. Joseph’s choir, and various youth ministry initiatives.

Series consists of records which pertain to the administrative functions of OLPH and includes minutes of the Parish Council, the Executive Committee, the Ring Region Pastoral Council, Parish Pastoral Council Formation Program, and the Annual General meeting. In addition the administrative records also include budget summaries, information about the appraisal of the church, photographs of the interior and exterior of OLPH, and informal photographs of the congregation.
