This series documents the annual symposium held a Newman Theological College called Faculty Days. During Faculty Days, members of the Faculty Council, as well as faculty who were not considered members of the Faculty Council, would meet and discuss affairs pertinent to the faculty at that time and make plans for the future year. This series includes the minutes of the meetings that took place during Faculty Days as well as correspondence and documentation pertaining to the planning and after effects of Faculty Days.

The sub-series consists of records which document the organization, planning and implementation of the Fall Speaker Series as carried out by the Fall Speaker Series Committee and includes agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, as well as ephemeral materials such as posters, newspaper clippings, tickets and brochures from the event.
