The sub-series consists of annual and audited financial statements and annual financial reports for the various accounts managed by the Archdiocese. Please note that parish financial reports prior to 1965 can be found in the parish files in section 1.7 of the chancery filing system.

The sub-series is arranged into the following sub-subseries:

The file consists of information about visiting priests who have served in the Archdiocese for a short period of time (typically less than 5 years) and includes correspondence, permissions letters, biographical information and other similar documents. In addition this file includes information about priests who have been given permission to "speak" in the Archdiocese (typically at a workshop, retreat day, or parish).

The sub-series consists of records that document the ownership of various church properties by the Archdiocese and consists of correspondence, financial records, appraisal reports, information about renovations, maps, and other relevant documents.
