The fonds consists of records which document the activities of Camp Encounters from the time that the Board of Directors was created in 1980 and consists of the administrative and operational records of the camp.

The fonds includes meetings of meetings, correspondences, financial records, annual reports, job descriptions, newsletters, facility reports and other miscellaneous records. The fonds also includes records which document the involvement of Camp Encounters with the Edmonton North West Bingo Association and other funding agencies and programs.

The fonds is arranged into the following series:
