This file also includes correspondence related to the Fonds Immaculate Conception, a grant administered by the Agents.

Fonds consists of administrative records including meeting minutes, agendas, correspondence, reports and other miscellaneous documents.

The file contains records which pertain to the administration and management of the Catholic Parish of St. Albert located in St. Albert, Alberta and include general correspondence (1904-2001), annual reports (1912-1964), annual statistical reports (1965-2007), annual pastoral reports (1980-2012), annual financial reports (1989-2004), as well as newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and other miscellaneous records.

In addition the parish records also include information about the operations and management of the Francophone Chapel at St. Albert which includes correspondence from the Francophone community to the Archdiocese. Finally these records also contain information information about the operations and management of the Immaculate Conception Chapel (located at the foot of the Hill in St. Albert).

The Fonds consists of records that document the actions and activities of St. Anne Parish from ca. 1967 to its closure in 2014. (Please note that there was fire that completely destroyed the church and nearly all the pre 1967 records were destroyed).

The Fonds consists primarily of parish bulletins, parish pastoral council records (including meeting minutes and correspondence), photograph, anniversary planning documents, and other miscellaneous records. In addition the Fonds includes a variety of miscellaneous items such as an anniversary wine glass and clock issued for the 40th Anniversary celebration of the parish.
