              This photograph depicts the presentation of Papal blessing to Rev. Edward Purcell from Guiseppe Filipppo Imbalzano, V. Consul of Italy for Alberta. The presentation was made at the annual Kingsway Royal Canadian Branch 175 Christmas on Dec. 15, 1994. Over 300 guests attended dinner. It appears that the Papal blessing and rosary were given for serving as Chaplain to the Royal Canadian Legion.
