Formed in 2009 with the closing of the Alberta Health Association and Caritas, the sub-series consists of records that document the relationship between Covenant Health and the Archdiocese and consists of meeting minutes, correspondence and governance documents as well as files on all the hospitals (active and in-active) within the boundaries of the Archdiocese of Edmonton and outside the boundaries of the Archdiocese of Edmonton. Please note that records in this series pre-date the establishment of Covenant Health.
