The file includes correspondence between the Archdiocese of Edmonton and the Archdiocese of Grouard-McLennan spanning from 1866 to the present and includes correspondence with each of the Bishops (Faraud, Cult, Donnelly, Grouard, Jossard, Guy, Langlois, Routheir, Legar, Goudreaut) regarding a number of administrative, pastoral, spiritual, and personal matters.
This sub-subseries includes correspondence that pre-date the creation of the Archdiocese of Grouard-McLellan, such as the Vicariate-Apostolic of Grouard and the Vicariate-Apostolic of Athabasca-Mackenzie.
