Fonds contains records which document the personal and priestly life of Msgr. Fitzgerald and includes correspondences, school records including report cards and examples of written works, awards, papal blessings, bulletins from funerals performed by Msgr. Fitzgerald, information on genealogical research conducted by Msgr. Fitzgerald, as well as photographs and negatives.

This organization was established to increase communication between the various Catholic organizations and entities operating in the Archdiocese and includes correspondence, meeting minutes and a few other miscellaneous records.

The file consists of records that are related to the various Catholic Press organizations around the world and includes records that document the relationship between the Archdiocese and the Catholic Truth Society of Canada (Edmonton Branch) and the Association de la Presse Francophone (Le Franco).

The ITC committee was originally formed to address the Archdiocesan Website and has since taken on the role of addressing technology and communications related issues at the Archdiocese of Edmonton.

The sub-sub-series consists of records that document the various communications initiatives launched by the Archdiocese and includes meeting minutes, correspondence and reports from the following committees and projects: Catholic Truth Broadcast, CHFA Radio Francaise en Alberta, Communication Committee for Ration and TV, the Archdiocesan Communication Center, and the Communications and Public Relations Office.
