The subseries consists of parish records from all city parishs currently active in the city of Edmonton as well as parishes which have closed. The subseries includes general correspondence, reports of various kinds, published materials including but not limited to bulletins, notices, pamphlets and brochures, newspaper clippings and other miscellaneous records which document the administrative relationship between the parishes and the Archdiocese.

Statistical Reports: prior to 2012 the annual parish statistical reports were filed in the individual parish files. As of 2012 they are kept together and filed as 7-11 in the series.
Pastoral Reports: Prior to 2014 the annual parish pastoral reports were filed in the individual parish files. As of 2014 they are kept together and filed as 7-12 in the series.
Financial Reports: Financial reports may be found in either the parish file or in the Finance Records series.
