The file consist of records that document various functions carried out by Chancery staff and includes lists of employees active at the Pastoral and Administrative Offices (previously called the Catholic Pastoral Center), meeting minutes of Chancery staff meetings, miscellaneous reports including records documenting the renovations of the PAO Chapel, files related to long-term and short-term planning for chancery staff, and the meeting minutes of the Catholic Campus Operation Committee.
